You could definitely do it with a bash script or similar. following what humaidq mentioned above, if you make a backup of the feeds.db living inside C:UsersusernameAppDataLocalQuiteRssQuiteRss folder, uninstall everything, reinstall everything, start the program, close it immediately, and restore the backup by overwriting the new copy of feeds.db, thats enough.
